Pimp Lobby Propaganda

This piece was done as a warning to the next generation of strippers and girls gone wild. I wanted to show a poster that was manipulative, a poster that distorted sexual and economic freedom. The sex industry will often use a couple of female sex workers to be spoke persons of sexual liberation and empowerment, mimicking the sexual revolution of the 60's “love ins”. Anybody who questions their integrity and authority on sexual liberation is scorned as being a “prude” and a “radical feminist!”* I find this ironic and destructive to the new movement of sexual politics and sex worker organizing, since many who are organizing are sex workers themselves. Because these organizers are sex workers, they are extremely marginalized, get very little publicity, there fore they are radical.

FYI: The small print at the bottom of the poster says “This ad paid for by the United Pimp Lobby for a Free Amerikkka.”
