Suburban Peepshow, 1997, Video Installation

When you went inside this peepshow, you had to look through the knot holes in the 6' picket fence to see what was going on. What you saw was a video interview of regular customers who frequented strip clubs. Their identity was concealed by a black strip over their eyes as they spoke, because they too suffered from the stigma of being in the strip club. They spoke of why they frequented the strip club and its importance.
