ART CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE OR IN STUDIO
Art classes include a brief historical orientation of the beauty and aesthetics of Mexico and Europe. Basic instruction in guidelines, contouring, stunning light and shadows, composition, proportion, proper color mixing, beautiful hands, feet and hair, textures, special effects, etc.
Explore drawing and or painting using a variety of mediums from graphite, charcoal, pastel, watercolors and or oils. Take 1 Day, 1 Week or 1 Month. Prices begin at $125.00USD.
Prices include props, equipment, references, live models if needed, instruction, all materials included except oil brushes. All students of different levels welcomed.
SPECIAL OCCASION ART CLASS
Special Occasion Art Classes are private classes that are 3 to 4 hours long for groups that are celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, quinceañeras, family reunions, weddings, and other eccentric moments in our lives. All specialty classes include a food plate and drink, and Mexican decorations, in addition to the art class. Contact Isis Rodriguez for more details.

But I was invited by my best friend to celebrate her birthday in San Miguel as a special occasion art class. And so I did, and like wow! Isis has this way of breaking down art into ways that are easy for me to understand and I surprised myself with a nice little watercolor portrait of the Mexican actress, Yalitza Aparicio. "

1. Soy principiante y tú eres demasiado avanzado para mí.
Falso.
Hace quinientos años, todos los principiantes comenzaron a pintar en un taller (el estudio de arte) con un gran maestro pintor porque esa era la única forma de aprender habilidades simples.
2. Las pinturas acrílicas son más fáciles, mejores y menos tóxicas que los aceites porque son a base de agua.
Falso.
Los acrílicos también se secan rápido, lo que dificulta la mezcla de colores. Nunca lograrás la misma cantidad infinita de colores ni luces y sombras con acrílico.
Los aceites han sido probados y comprobados durante más de 500 años. La evidencia de pinturas al óleo que resisten la prueba del tiempo está comprobada en museos de todo el mundo.
Los aceites, mediums y sus disolventes no son tan tóxicos como crees. La mayoría están hechos de materiales orgánicos de la naturaleza y la trementina está hecha de pino. La mayoría de los solventes son inodoros y le enseñaré la forma correcta de desecharlos sin dañar el medio ambiente.
