DESCRIPTION: It depicts two xoloitzcuintle "cachorros", which mean "puppies" in spanish. They are in a basket full of cempasuchil and squash, commonly found in Mexico today. It is a still life representing spiritual change. The term "bodegon sagrado" means "sacred still life".
