No Smoking Loud Parties. Quiet time 10pm-9am. No Pets. 30 Days Full Refund. After 30 Days 1/2 Refund. No refund after 14 days. Any money returned is minus any transaction, bank or other fees associated. A $250.00 usd Fully refundable cleaning deposit will be charged and returned if you leave the apartment and art studio in excellent condition as you found it when you arrived.
